San Francisco / North Beach / Caffe Trieste

Regular price $12.00 $0.00 Unit price per

8" x 8" art print of Caffe Trieste, opened in 1956 by Giovanni Giotta —the first espresso-based coffee house on the West Coast. It quickly attracted the patronage of the booming artistic / literary community of the neighborhood, the beans and the vibe creating the perfect stimulus for creative thinking. Rumor has it that North Beach regular Francis Ford Coppola wrote much of The Godfather screenplay right here..
