While much of my artistic focus is around historic architecture, I've also had a long fascination with historic product design, specifically that of everyday artifacts of my 20th century youth. Consumer product packaging, toys, bicycles, radios, baseball cards, records and tapes ... so much of the mainstream popular design of our youth was overlooked, deemed to be disposable, and forgotten. But these are the elements that originally inspired me to recognize and appreciate design ... I believe they deserve to be remembered and celebrated. More to come!
