Portland took my family under its wing 15 years ago—escapees of the Bay Area rat race—and we fell hard for it. Big enough to be a city, small enough to be a town. The people, the food, the bikes, the beer, and all that beautiful rain. It took some hits a few year ago, and that only adds more character to this awesome place.
